ET ads scream these days it is against half knowledge and telling the stories only half way, inferring it cares to tell the story fully and truthfully. But it’s an empty claim as usual of many Dailies. ” No Lights, No Camera………” headlined reporting ,today of Arvind Kejriwal of AAP fasting in Delhi against power bills issue is fully opinionated and devoid of the full truth.

Arvind Kejriwal is on his sixth day of his fasting and obviously his health is not as  hale and hearty as the accompanying photograph of Arvind shows. Why did the ET not put the picture of Arvind in lying down condition as it is at the site of his fasting. Is the ET afraid of AAP getting the so called political mileage. Arvind’s  suffering for the cause of common people which is now out in the open and of course it doesn’t matter if the paper ignores totally. But to depict it with a bias is not worthy of ET, especially when it claims it reports truth fully without bias.

Statements like  ‘Kejriwal had a public falling  with Hazare” ,Now in its sixth day , not gained any of the traction that propelled the Jan Lokpal agitation” are  unwarranted, especially as  the reporter  is aware of the fact that site chosen for  fast was not for visibility as Jantar Mantar for Lok Pal was as stated clearly by Arvind Kejriwal

Biased reporting with full knowledge of the bias is as dangerous to healthy public opinion in a democracy as half knowledge reporting is. Hope ET recovers from this indisposition and sticks  to it’s motto of telling the truth as it is and not as and how it suits  its line of thinking.
